Mushroom and banana salad

  • 400 g Raw Paris mushroom
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Pressed lemon juice
  • 1 C. soup Vinegar
  • 3 c. soup Colza oil
  • Pepper
  • Chopped parsley
  1. Clean the mushrooms, cut the feet, slice in raw slices and wash with slightly vinegar water. Drain.
  2. Cut the banana into thin slices and lemon it.
  3. Prepare the seasoning with lemon juice, oil and pepper.
  4. Mix the mushrooms, bananas and sauce.
  5. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
